Involving fixtures, we can offer our client every of the following process: fixtures design, fixture manufacture, machining programs, machine tooling and also first production batches. All this process in order to assure our client that when a fixture is finished is prepared to go directly to the client facilities to start production immediately.

Bijzondere productiefaciliteiten

• 9 HMC MAKINO A61, 3+1 High speed machining centers whit a pallet changer system. Dimension of the pallet: 500x500. Eight of these HMC are available in Production building and one of these HMC is available in the Work Shop Area.
  2 FMS systems (Flexible Manufacturing System) Fastems, permitting to automate the supply of the raw material into the system and the full management of the components before and after the machining process in the HMC's. 8 HMC are fully connected to the FMS system. Moreover, two High Precision Tool Presetters Zoller are available ensuring always the perfect control of the tools.
  CMM Machine Mitutoyo with an accuracy of +-0.002 mm within the working area.
