All owner rights to the properties, privileges and propertial values were on the basic of the firm sale contract transformed from the firm KOFING engineering v.o.s.to the firm KOFING, SC to the date 1998, december, the 31st.The firm KOFING, SC has been continued further in all projection-, production-, erection- and delivery activities.
In the 1990 received the firm Certificatefor introduced system of the quality according the norm CSN ISO 9002.
The firm is hundred-per-cent privat and is independent on any public firm and was found without any foreign property. The firm eployees majority worked to the year 1989 in the firms Vitkovice, NH and Hutní Montáže Ostrava..
