Basic Six Sigma (1 day)
Basic training for Champion and management. Methods, review- and organization structure of projects are the main issues.
- Green belt training (5 days)
For engineers and designers. Focus on methods, statistics and carrying out of Greenbelt Projects.
Design for Six Sigma IDOV (1 day)
Add on module for Greenbelts. Training for engineers in design environment and research and development.
Black belt (4x 4 days)
For project leaders Six Sigma with University background. Complete follow up on the Green belt training with extensive statistics and Methodology. This is a complete Six Sigma training for Black belt experts and Senior Designers.
